Lunch : Yong Tau Fu + Mixed Fruits

Dinner : O'Brien's Hot Wrappo (chicken & cheddar)

Exercise : 15 mis of cardio ski, 1 hour of Bodyjam & 100 sit-ups

Weights and toning, tomorrow. Here I Come!

Lunch : Rice (1/4) with Mushroom Soup and Masak Asam & a slice of watermelon

Dinner : Mixed Soup, Steamed Fish

Exercise : Gym - Treadmill & Steps
