The Pimple Battle Day

Breakfast : Accidentally skipped that. Whoops.

Lunch : Yong Tau Fu + Mixed Fruits

Dinner : O'Brien's Hot Wrappo (chicken & cheddar)

Exercise : 15 mis of cardio ski, 1 hour of Bodyjam & 100 sit-ups

Weights and toning, tomorrow. Here I Come!
